• Either party has the right to terminate this agreement at any time.

LISTING AND CONTENT

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any property information you submit.
• MacVillas reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies.
• We may edit property descriptions for clarity and consistency.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MacVillas is not responsible for any transactions between users. All dealings are between the property owner and potential buyer/tenant.
